SEA Studio Architect's Wellington Residence and House on White Creek are both featured on the 2021 Beach and Bay Cottage Tour supporting the South Coastal Library.
The Wellington Residence, built by Bruce Mears, is a striking, contemporary, metal-sided home in the town of Bethany Beach, Delaware.
House on White Creek, built by Cottage Construction, is a simple, sustainable, three bedroom cottage on the bank of White Creek in Ocean View Delaware. The living spaces and master suite offer expansive southern views of the creek and tidal marshes.
