SEA Studio's New Office Receives Zoning Approval

The Millville, Delaware planning and zoning commission voted 3-0 in favor of the plans for our new office. When completed, the renovated building will be one of the greenest offices in the state with passive heating and cooling, insulated cork siding, daylighting and a roof mounted solar power system to offset the power we use designing sustainable spaces for our clients.
